Why me, why the book?
I spent 16 months researching and running a social enterprise focused on improving diversity and inclusion in companies. We received government grants and landed clients who used our service, the most notable being one of the Big Four Accountancy firms, E&Y. Other include Lewisham Homes, BAME Recruitment, Rio Ferdinand Foundation
